Peter Sideris is a highly accomplished hi-tech senior executive with a 20-year track record for leading top sales teams to drive exponential growth, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, bringing strategy, discipline, and creativity to the forefront. Peter is responsible for the overall global growth strategy and execution of all revenue activities at Blanc Labs, and brings extensive experience in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications, where he has implemented innovative solutions to critical strategic issues.
Peter held executive leadership positions at the likes of Oracle, SAP, Progress Software, and Lawson Software. At Oracle, Peter led the transition of Oracle Canada from an on-premise business to a high growth cloud business, and was recognized for playing a pivotal role in building the #1 Region in North America at Oracle. At Progress Software, Peter was a part of the Senior Management team, supporting the transition of their business model from database provider to enterprise infrastructure leader, generating 4X growth and over $600 million in annual revenue. At Lawson Software, Peter was hand selected to lead a team for the most strategic startup business unit for explosive SaaS growth to drive up valuation multiples during Lawson’s IPO.
Peter holds a Business Degree from the University of Toronto, as well as a certificate from the Rotman School of Management leadership program.
